Job description

Years of experience required :  Minimum 8 years of work experience in an individual contributor role in the tissue and paper manufacturing industry. Experience from the Paper industry preferredRole Summary : Acquiring new opportunities in the market. Appointment of new Distributors.Provide Market Research Report for product development. Create Brand awarenessDetailed Responsibilities :  Gather new leads to develop the business. Identify new business opportunities in the market. Develop new business in the defined area / Territory by converting leads into business. Focus on business continuity with existing clients by providing the best services and keeping a good rapport with the client. Provide ground research reports to the management to enhance the product. Provide details of the fastest moving market product in the segment from competition to management for new product development. Coordinate with operations to provide customers with on-time delivery and services Build relationships with clients on the ground for long-term association. Ensure customer feedback / Testimony is taken at regular intervals Appointment of new Distributors Create brand awareness in the market by approaching to highest number of prospects Create a presence with all the market leaders in distribution. Train sales team on products, product specifications, usage of the productsQualification (Minimum) : Graduation Any StreamAdditional Qualification : MBA MarketingSkills :  Should have proficiency in Excel Proficiency in written / spoken English Great creative mindset and analytical skillsCompetencies Required :  Good Communication Skills Leadership & team handling Skills Market Knowledge of Pulp & Paper Industry Presentation & PPT Skills Analytical SkillsWhy this company :  We are a values-driven organization with a perfect work-life balance and one of the industry's lowest attrition. We work in a dynamic business organization where we adapt ourselves to the needs of the business. We promote and encourage accountability and entrepreneurial spirit.
