Key Responsibilities :
1. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Identify emerging markets and monitor trends, including new product developments and competitor activities.
- Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to enhance the company’s positioning in the market.
2. Sales & Product Management
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in alignment with market trends and demand.Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.3. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning
Stay current with product and market developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking.Leverage industry contacts to anticipate market opportunities and innovations.4. Sales Planning & Strategy Execution
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets and align with organizational goals.Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.5. Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and address concerns.Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and uncover new opportunities.6. Reporting & Sales Performance
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements.Use Zoho CRM to log activity, track progress, and generate performance insights.7. Direct Sales & Distribution Support
Manage both direct and channel sales, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams.Support distribution partners with technical input and sales enablement.8. Channel Management & Conflict Resolution
