Job Description

• Drive multiple projects from planning, team assignment and driving execution to closure.
• Track and manage progress of all projects as per schedule.
• Manage customer expectation and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Be coach and lay down succession planning for critical roles and all Direct Reports.
• Identify Best Bets and establish Individual development plan for team.
• Continue to drive and improve competency and skill (technical and soft) development
• Support in Talent retention process leading to overall YOY reduction of attrition
• Drive action plans of employee engagement survey (PER survey)
• 100% closure of HPD & Mid-year. Continuous performance feedback to the direct reports.
