Job description3–6 years of experience in an HRBP / HR Generalist role (EdTech / Service industry preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving mindset with high ownership & adaptability. Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel & HR analytics. Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances (preferred). Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

We are now looking for a Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Jaipur team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving people-centric initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding & Induction : Deliver seamless joining & cultural integration experiences.
- Employee Engagement : Drive engagement activities, recognition programs & connect sessions.
- Performance Management : Support managers in reviews, feedback & improvement plans.
- Learning & Development : Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives.
- Employee Relations : Act as the first point of contact for employee queries & grievances.
- Policy & Compliance : Implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance.
- HR Operations : Manage employee records, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- HR Analytics : Maintain dashboards, track attrition & retention, and provide insights.
