Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role / outbound calling role is a must
- Track record of over-achieving calling targets
- Very strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with calling CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts as the calling demography will be UK, USA and Australia primarily.
- Must be a graduate (Technical Stream Preferred)
- Exposure to selling Enterprise Integration (iPaaS), and Cloud CRM (e.g. Salesforce) services are a plus.
