About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who has strong expertise in staff augmentation / contract staffing . The ideal candidate should excel in sourcing, screening, and providing high-quality IT talent within aggressive timelines. You will collaborate directly with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycle for staff augmentation / contract-based hiring , including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using multiple platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, networking communities, internal database , and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly to ensure precise candidate fitment .
• Evaluate technical and functional skills through pre-screening calls, resume assessment, and skill qualification.
• Maintain candidate database, update ATS / CRM, and ensure proper documentation during hiring.
• Coordinate with internal delivery, HR, and client representatives for interviews, onboarding, and contracts .
• Achieve daily / weekly metrics which may include submissions, interview ratios, joiner success rate, etc.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, contracts, rate management , and client SLAs.
