The Privacy Senior Analyst supports the organizations privacy program by ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, conducting privacy assessments, and managing data privacy initiatives. This role requires close collaboration working with various departments to implement privacy policies, monitor compliance, and address privacy incidents.
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure the organization complies with privacy laws and regulations by monitoring and auditing privacy practices. Develop and update privacy policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements. Conduct regular privacy audits and assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Implement data privacy measures to safeguard the use of personal information. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential privacy risks and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to enhance data privacy strategies and mitigate risks.
- Deliver privacy training programs to educate employees on privacy policies and best practices. Create and distribute educational materials to promote privacy awareness across the organization. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure ongoing privacy education.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for new projects, products, and services to identify and mitigate privacy risks. Work with project teams to integrate privacy considerations into the development lifecycle. Provide recommendations to minimize privacy risks and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree2+ years of experience in Privacy, Compliance, Risk Management, Operational Support, Data Governance or the financial services sectorSkills
