Java Lead / Chief Manager - Spring Frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage the development and delivery of payment system products and solutions.
• Assess business requirements, design and deliver efficient solutions that meet the requirements.
• Manage a team of Technical Leads and Developers.
• Guide team members on technical design, architecture, code and map them to functional requirements.
• Work closely in collaboration with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Quality Assurance, and other vertical heads for the delivery of the final product / solution.
• Ensure quality of delivery by setting processes and reviews using automated methods / tools such as Git, Sonarqube and Jenkins.
• Design solutions in accordance with the security and regulatory standards and requirements of the payments industry.
• Ensure compliance with the organisation's and industry's standards, frameworks and policies.
• Prepare, publish and present status reports to senior management.
