The Role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who can own growth across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, someone who breathes ROAS, speaks funnel metrics, and thrives on fast-paced testing.
You’ll work on-site with the founders to build, manage, and scale performance campaigns across all brands under the Beyond Gifts umbrella.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute & optimise multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, retargeting, Q-commerce promotions).Run A / B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages and copy to boost conversion.Collaborate with the in-house creative team to turn product stories into high-performing ads.Coordinate with CRM & automation teams for WhatsApp and email flows.Track daily performance and create clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights.Stay updated on latest platform changes, creative trends & funnel strategies.Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C brands.Proven track record of managing monthly ₹20 L + monthly spend.Deep expertise in Meta and Google ad ecosystems + strong command of GA4 and Shopify analytics.Understanding of creative testing, audience segmentation and funnel optimisation.Strong analytical mindset with an eye for performance creatives.Bonus if you’ve handled Q-commerce campaigns or built festive funnels
