Job description

Description :

  • Experience 4-6yrs.
  • End-to-End Delivery.
  • Has led an SFMC implementation from discovery to go-live, and how many projects have they delivered?.

Architectural Decision :

  • Has designed a Customer journey, data integration strategy, and a domain / IP warmup strategy?.

    • Complex Journeys :

  • Has designed a complex journey, which is based on updates, multi-channel, automation studio, exit criteria, and all the features in SFMC Journey builder.

    • Project Operations :

  • Has owned timelines, scope / RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs during implementation phases?.

    • Technical Depth :

  • Confirms hands-on with SQL and AMPscript, plus working knowledge of SSJS and HTML / CSS (and basic JavaScript)?.

    • Marketing Knowledge :

  • Confirms suggesting audience segments, defining KPIs, identifying a new marketing strategy, and implementing it in their project?.

    • Integration Knowledge :

  • Confirms building REST / SOAP integrations or API-triggered sends with retry / rate-limit handling? Salesforce native connectors?.
