Preferred Background :

• Prior experience with reputed luxury brands such as  Oberoi , Aman , Taj, IHG, Hilton, Marriott, ITC, or comparable properties
• Strong understanding of front office operations, reservation systems, and guest service protocols
• Exceptional grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in English and Hindi
