ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

Transferrable Skills :

• 5-7 years of work experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management like Service Assurance area (monitoring, reconciliation etc.), any CMDB tool or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as BMC, Remedy / Helix, Jira ServiceNow Management, or Micro Focus Service Manager.
• Strong practical understanding of ITIL Frameworks and core ITSM Process.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
