ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver optimized ITSM, integrations, and automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the standard digital platform.
• Ensure instance health, reduce technical debt, and align with best practices.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements, validate solutions, and drive process improvements.
• Design and deliver solutions across ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Data Migration.
• Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
