Job Description :

We are looking for a Sourcing Supervisor for a reputed Retail Pharma organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new retail locations, managing site evaluations, and coordinating end-to-end setup of pharmacy outlets in alignment with business expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for new pharmacy setups.
• Negotiate and finalize property agreements in coordination with management.
• Handle vendor coordination, store setup, and infrastructure readiness.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Admin, Projects, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain reports on sourcing progress and project timelines.
