Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager India - CAPEX to build, manage, and grow our dealer and distribution ecosystem for the Capex product portfolio. The role will focus on onboarding new dealers, driving channel sales, and ensuring market penetration of Workstore's key brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Onboarding & Management
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers / distributors across India for Dyson, Lindhaus, Fimap, and RLT products.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with Workstore's brand and business objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, credit limits, and dealer agreements.
- Channel Sales & Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through dealer-driven business.
- Design and execute dealer incentive schemes, trade promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor dealer performance, sales funnel, and stock movement.
- Market Development
- Expand Workstore's market reach by penetrating new geographies and verticals.
- Conduct product training, demos, and joint customer visits with dealers.
- Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to gain market share.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support channel enablement.
- Prepare regular MIS, sales forecasts, and dealer performance reports.
Candidate Profile
Experience : 6–10 years in channel sales / distribution management in Capex products, B2B equipment, or related industries.Industry Exposure : Preferably from electrical products, industrial machines, building automation, or hygiene solutions.Skills & Competencies :Strong dealer network and proven experience in channel development.Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
