Job Summary :
The Sr Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and achieve organizational objectives. The role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing - from brand strategy and digital campaigns to market research and team management - ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and achieve business targets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across online and offline platforms.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and support lead generation campaigns and product launches.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI-driven spending.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content - brochures, videos, newsletters, and website updates.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Mentor and manage the marketing team to ensure productivity, creativity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand exposure.
- Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
