Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, excellent communicator, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and executive team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Help streamline processes, manage projects, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (startup experience preferred).Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.What We Offer :
