Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

In this role you need to perform operational risk assessment of financial services being given to clients. Share risks with client, get alignment on the mitigation / remediation. Leading discussion with senior client & Genpact stake holders on the risk assessments performed. Tracking the open risk

Responsibilities

• .Enabling strong operational risk management - Identify, escalate, evaluate and monitor risks across business units.
• .Sharing the identified risk with client stakeholders, lead discussion on risk alignment , mitigation and alignment.
• .Enabling business to identify and monitor Key Risk & Control indicators with established triggers and limits.
• .Enable periodic testing of key controls for critical functions, and supporting gap remediation as needed
• .Seamless engagement with delivery teams and other control partners.
• .Quality and timeliness of key metric monitoring
• .On time delivery of commitments
• .Incident investigation and reporting
• .Strong communication skills to manage Sr client stakeholders
