Your Key Responsibilities

Job Description for Injector TL Responsibilities and SkillEnsure adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and company policies, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. Good Knowledge of TPM, OEE, FPY, NCC1, MTTR, MTBF , 3M,Standard Work etc. terms.Analyse the OEE and Productivity improvement and Production KPI MonitoringCoordinate in shifts production activities, set up the line for specific orders, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. Maintain accurate production records, reports, inventory levels, and documentation related tom A & R and production,Production monitoring, Planning and resources management skill, Manpower management and handling skillBasic Knowledge of SAP , Powerpoint and ExcelGood product knowledge of Injector and basic knowledge of technical cleanlinessPreperation of scrap data and analysis -highlights the top defect sheet to concern team members for action and share the improvement resultKnowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing-Focus to capture and minimise the Non value adding activity and wastages to improve the productivityProblem solving skill- Good analytical skill to resolve the operations topic and concerns effectivelyWorking in to shift pattern.Good leadership and manpower management skill- Ability to lead and develop the team as per organisation requirement Experience-Minimum 2.5 years experience in VT.Minimum 1 year experience of TL role in Injector

Qualification- Diploma in engineering ( Mechanical / Automobile , Electrical , E&TC)
