About the Role
Are you ready to kickstart your journey in Human Resources and make your mark with dentsu ?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
This role offers a front-row seat to real-world HR experiences with our People- Centre of Excellence (CoE) team — giving you hands-on exposure to onboarding, induction, employee engagement and daily HR operations Processes .
If you have the passion, curiosity, and drive to build a strong foundation in HR, this opportunity is made for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate and assist with new hire inductions and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Provide day-to-day operational support across HR functions
- Contribute ideas to make HR processes more efficient and engaging
- Assist with new joiner surveys and onboarding MIS tracking
