Job descriptionCall and screen candidates for eligibility and communication Share shortlisted profiles with department heads Clearly explain job roles and company details to candidates Schedule interviews across departments Ensure daily follow-ups with candidates Maintain a minimum target of 5–6 interviews scheduled per day Update recruitment sheets daily (Google Sheets) Maintain accurate call logs, pipeline status, and interview outcomes Prepare simple daily / weekly recruitment reports Freshers / Students interested in hiring & recruitment Strong communication skills in English & Tamil Confident in calling and coordinating with candidates Good organisational and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs On-site role (Chennai) Hands-on recruitment experience Exposure to multiple departments and hiring needs Skill-building in sourcing, screening, and communication Opportunity to convert into a full-time HR Recruiter
