Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Continental Commis Chef or CDP . The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of continental dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Additional tasks include menu planning, maintaining inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and cooking continental cuisine
• Experience in menu planning and food presentation
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
