Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Instructor - Culinary Arts for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and leading culinary classes, mentoring students in practical kitchen skills, and imparting theoretical knowledge of global cuisines and techniques. You will also oversee kitchen operations during classes, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and assist in curriculum planning and recipe development. Active collaboration with the team to organize events, workshops, and assessments will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Culinary Arts, including cooking techniques, baking, plating, and food safety practices
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management
• Ability to work in a academic environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Certification from a recognized culinary institution; advanced credentials or equivalent experience are a strong plus
• Prior experience as a Chef Instructor or in a teaching / training role is preferred
