Assistant Manager - Social Commerce

Experience in food, wellness, FMCG, or QSR brands , with the ability to turn product / nutritional insights into engaging content. High cultural and trend awareness , with a knack for spotting and leveraging emerging formats and viral content. Proactive creative self-starter , comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and hands-on content creation. Influencer-style mindset , ideally with personal page growth experience and a deep understanding of audience building and creator communication.
Role Overview
The Social Commerce Manager will be the digital face of Pluckk managing our brand’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You will ideate and execute high-engagement content, drive influencer collaborations, manage social-led events, and ensure Pluckk is authentically represented across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Ownership : Manage Pluckk’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube—covering content planning, creation, execution, trend-based formats, performance tracking, and monthly content calendars.
- Influencer & Community Building : Identify and collaborate with influencers, co-create content, run barter / paid campaigns, and grow a community around clean eating and wellness.
- Events & On-ground Activations : Plan and execute social-led events, creator meet-ups, pop-ups, and brand activations with partners, QSRs, corporates, and wellness groups.
- Platform Representation : Coordinate with marketplace partners (Amazon, Zepto, Swiggy, etc.) to maintain consistent brand presence and develop social-first content suited for Q-commerce and retail platforms.
