About the Role - We are hiring a Technical SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in organic SEO and growth marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO expertise, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Trackpoint, SEMrush, and WordPress. Preference will be given to candidates with brand-side experience who can take ownership of organic growth strategies end-to-end.

This is a remote-first role, so the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a virtual setup is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure site health : crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement and manage structured data, sitemaps, redirects, and internal linking strategies.
• Collaborate with tech and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into site architecture.
