PPC Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Qualification :

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and monitor

production plans ,

schedules , and

material requirements

as per project timelines.

Coordinate with

design ,

procurement , and

production

departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Analyze fabrication drawings and determine

material and manpower requirements .

Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly production reports .

Track project progress and identify

bottlenecks

to ensure timely completion.

Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.

Optimize utilization of

machines, manpower, and materials

to minimize delays and wastage.

Ensure timely release of

cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders .

Maintain and update

ERP / Excel-based dashboards

for planning and tracking.

Coordinate with

logistics

for dispatch planning and project deliveries.

Support management in

forecasting ,

capacity planning , and

production analysis .

Required Skills : Strong knowledge of

PEB fabrication and erection processes .

Proficiency in

MS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project .

Good understanding of

steel manufacturing / fabrication planning .

Excellent

coordination, communication, and analytical skills .

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
