Key Responsibilities :
Teaching Your Subject (60% time)
- Use existing resources and design innovative Annual Plans, Unit Plans, and Lesson Plans
- Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to a class of 30 students
- Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback
- Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy
- Collaborate with parents through regular meetings to create a positive learning environment
Mentoring Students (20% time)
Mentor 15-20 students throughout the yearDevelop ways to ensure students have strong study habits, high attendance, and motivation to excelMentor students to identify a best-fit career path after Grade XShare mentoring plans and best practices with all teachers across the ecosystemLeading Projects in School (20% time)
Work with the School Principal and Vice Principal to lead multiple projects essential to student learning, such as Annual Day, Sports Day, Hobby Clubs, etc.Use these opportunities to strengthen leadership skills and mentor new teachersEducation & Experience
Required : Bachelor's Degree with strong academic and holistic performancePreferred : B.Ed DegreePreferred : 1-2 years of teaching experience in a secondary gradeSkills Required
