Job Description :

  • Project Coordination : Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
  • Customer Engagement : Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
  • Client Collaboration : Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
  • Site Visits & Monitoring : Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address potential issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Data Analysis & Process Optimization : Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support & Training : Provide technical guidance, support, and training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Industry Expertise : Apply knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles to deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer management and application of engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with plastic materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage.
