Job Description :
- Project Coordination : Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
- Customer Engagement : Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Site Visits & Monitoring : Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address potential issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Data Analysis & Process Optimization : Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Technical Support & Training : Provide technical guidance, support, and training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
- Industry Expertise : Apply knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles to deliver effective solutions.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in customer management and application of engineering principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with plastic materials and manufacturing processes is an advantage.Skills Required
