Key Responsibilities :

Assist in identifying and evaluating acquisition and investment opportunities
Conduct detailed market research and competitive benchmarking
Support due diligence efforts and post-merger integration planning
Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

2–5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or financial advisory

Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis

Skills Required

Financial Analysis, Market Research, Strategic Planning, Due Diligence, Data Analysis
