Job descriptionProven experience in digital marketing , especially in ad agencies and education sector . Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools . Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp is preferred. Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop . Excellent communication, team coordination, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or Business Administration . Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO preferred.

About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Deputy / Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both ad agencies and the education sector , understanding how to blend creative strategies with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM, Email & Social Media Marketing .
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards .
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content in collaboration with the creative team.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and projects.
- Prepare detailed weekly / monthly reports highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
