About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UI / UX) with 6–10 years of experience who can own end-to-end design processes — from discovery and research to delivering pixel-perfect user interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive, user-centric experiences that drive real impact. Your work will help define the future of our digital products across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to execution.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision and requirements.
• Advocate for design best practices and a strong user-centered design process.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Balance business goals with user needs, providing strategic and tactical design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
