Strong command over design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.) or Figma. A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility, attention to detail, and strategic thinking. Excellent visual sense, typography, layout, and color skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
We’re looking for a Design Specialist who blends creativity with precision — someone who can translate ideas into visual experiences that communicate, inspire, and elevate the brand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs that align with our business goals and brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, visuals, and layouts for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and maintain brand guidelines.
- Translate briefs into compelling designs that drive engagement and business impact.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh perspectives.
- Prepare final artwork and coordinate with external vendors (if applicable) for production.
