Job description

We are looking for a Manager – Web Development & Technology to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web platforms and digital solutions. The role involves managing the technical team, ensuring timely delivery of projects, implementing best practices in web development, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital innovation.

This is a high-ownership role, ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in web and technology-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Technology Leadership

Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications and digital platforms.
Implement and enforce best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
Lead and mentor the web development team, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

Project Management & Coordination

Plan and execute web development projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain seamless platform functionality.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Align web technology initiatives with organizational strategy and CSR digital initiatives.

Ensure effective communication of project updates, timelines, and technical insights.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress and report performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Document technical processes, architecture, and updates for knowledge sharing and continuity.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

4 – 8 years of experience in web development, full-stack development, or technology management.

Strong technical proficiency in web technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Experience in team management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
