JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various medical equipment such as Ultrasound, CT Scan, X-Ray, and CR / DR Systems. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently solve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment including Ultrasound machines, CT scanners, XRay, and CR / DR systems.

Conduct regular maintenance checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment

performance.

Troubleshoot complex technical problems in a timely and accurate manner.

Develop and strengthen relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and

support.

Provide training and support to medical staff on how to operate and maintain the equipment

properly.

Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations while performing on-site services.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, issues resolved, and parts used.
