(Urgent) MIS - Kolkata

Foxtale is a high-growth, science-backed skincare brand reshaping the beauty industry with a customer-first approach. As we expand our presence in offline retail, we are looking for a sharp and detail-driven MIS Executive / Sr. Executive to own sales data reporting and help drive data-backed decision-making across our offline sales operations.

Role Overview :

You will be responsible for managing and analyzing offline sales data across general trade, modern trade, and retail channels. This role involves maintaining accurate records, generating performance reports, and supporting the offline sales team with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for offline sales performance, distributor billing, outlet coverage, and stock movement.

Monitor and report on sales achievements vs. targets across regions and sales personnel.

Maintain master databases for retailers, distributors, and beat plans.

Track secondary and tertiary sales data and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Coordinate with the sales and field teams to gather ground-level data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely updates.

Analyze trends, flag anomalies, and assist in performance review reports for management.

Support the offline sales team with trade scheme tracking, incentive calculations, and claims validation. Work closely with finance and supply chain teams for reconciliation and inventory movement reporting.

Requirements :

2–5 years of experience in MIS / Sales reporting, preferably in offline sales for FMCG, personal care, pharma, or beauty brands.

Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and dashboards. Experience handling secondary sales data and distributor reporting systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and clean large data sets.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with on-ground and cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently.
