About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic, ambitious Partnership Lead to build and scale Zenskar’s partner marketing initiatives. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-impact partnerships that fuel our growth. You’ll drive both business development (hunting) and ongoing relationship management (nurturing)—building and expanding a portfolio of strategic partners to accelerate Zenskar’s success. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Founders. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a proven track record of transforming partner programs into scalable revenue channels for B2B SaaS businesses
Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition
Source and cultivate high-value partnerships (fractional CFOs, accounting firms, CRM / ERP implementers, system integrators)
Meet outbound activity and business development targets
Partner Management
Lead partnership discussions—from discovery to negotiation, agreement, and ongoing alignment
Onboard and enable partners through targeted training and resources
Growth & Strategic Initiatives
Build joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth
Measure partner performance and drive co-marketing, and customer-facing activities
Brand Representation
Represent Zenskar at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings; maintain strong, multi-level partner relationships
Simply put, the role expects you to build a Partnership Channel for Zenskar ground up and drive pipeline goals
Qualifications
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including hands-on experience in partner or channel marketing
Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; thrive under the uncertainty that comes with an early-stage setup
Proven history of recruiting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with a variety of partners
Comfortable balancing strategic vision and tactical execution — equally adept at mapping strategy, writing copy, pulling reports, and fine-tuning campaign details
Strong project management skills and proactiveness, given the long cycle of finding, and closing partners
Strong first principles understanding of business fundamentals; Ability to understand the product at a granular level; Ability to empathise with the end user, and understand their pain points
Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days
MANDATORY : Willing to work in the US time zone (~3 am IST) on weekdays (Mon-Fri) because the majority of our partners are based in the US. You have flexibility when you want to start your day in the afternoon (IST), or take breaks (e.g. family time, gym etc). This role will require you to stretch outside your comfort zone

Previous entrepreneurial experience is a huge plus
