Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location - Wakad, kharadi Pune

  • Key responsibilities : -
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with real estate developers, representing our company and its services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for mandates and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Act as the face of our company during meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring a professional and positive image is conveyed.
  • Lead negotiations with developers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results.
  • Qualifications : -
  • 1+ years of experience in business development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the mandate segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
