Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Revit models for MEP systems (HVAC / PHE / Electrical) based on project design inputs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules from Revit models.
• Coordinate models across different disciplines to ensure clash-free, constructible designs.
• Implement BIM standards and workflows in project deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain design intent.
• Participate in model review, clash detection, and coordination meetings using tools like Navisworks.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and family libraries according to company and project standards.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of drawings and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
