Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, QA Automation Engineer

In this role, we are seeking a QA who will work across consumer-facing web, mobile, mobile app, ecommerce and the broader marketing technology space applications. This position must have a solid foundation for both consumer-facing web QA and QA automation.

Responsibilities

• . Experience with javascript for writing automation tests.
• . SQL experience required for querying
• . Record and analyze test results, comparing them against expected outcomes to ensure high quality
• . Provide insights from a user's perspective to improve the client-side experience
• . Enhance and mature regression testing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficiency
• . Design and document detailed test plans for various projects
• . Participate actively in an Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• . Lead QA efforts for web application releases, ensuring smooth transitions to production
• . Be available to address critical production issues, including after-hours support when necessary

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience
