📝 Role Summary :

As a GW Automation QA Lead , you’ll drive automated testing for Guidewire Policy Center 🛡️, ensuring robust and high-quality software delivery across the P&C insurance domain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies 🌍.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• 👨 💻 Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams.
• 🛠️ Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP / UFT , Selenium , and VB Scripting .
• ✅ Execute automated test cases and document results.
• 📋 Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases.
• 🤝 Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies.
• 🐞 Identify, document, and track bugs.
• 🔄 Ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
