Job Title : SAP Basis Administrator

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Work Mode : Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact on bridge calls with clients, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Actively monitor and tune SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Provide end-to-end technical support for SAP environments, including ABAP and JAVA systems (mandatory), with additional expertise in BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText considered an advantage.

Manage SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust establishment between systems.

Handle SAP Basis administration tasks such as transport and printer administration, job scheduling, and system operations planning.

Maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test, training, and production), ensuring environment stability and integrity.

Oversee SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to manage configuration and development object movements across systems.

Introduce technical changes using structured methodologies to minimize risks while ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.

Configure and manage SAP printing subsystems across all instances.

Plan and execute SAP performance tuning strategies to maintain system efficiency.

Monitor system health, including work processes, logs, short dumps, locks, traces, and disk space usage.

Support SAP application upgrades, patches, and client copy activities.

Required Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Solid hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration in both ABAP and JAVA systems.

Knowledge of SAP web dispatcher configuration.

Proficiency in SSL / SSO setup and certificate management.

Experience with SAP performance monitoring, tuning, and upgrades.
