Job Title : SAP Basis Administrator

Experience : 3 to 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore & Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Work Mode : Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact on bridge calls with clients, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Actively monitor and tune SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for SAP environments, including ABAP and JAVA systems (mandatory), with additional expertise in BOBJ, BODS, Cloud Connector, Content Server, and OpenText considered an advantage.
• Manage SSL and SSO configurations, including certificate exchange, renewal, and trust establishment between systems.
• Handle SAP Basis administration tasks such as transport and printer administration, job scheduling, and system operations planning.
• Maintain multiple SAP instances (development, test, training, and production), ensuring environment stability and integrity.
• Oversee SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to manage configuration and development object movements across systems.
• Introduce technical changes using structured methodologies to minimize risks while ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Configure and manage SAP printing subsystems across all instances.
• Plan and execute SAP performance tuning strategies to maintain system efficiency.
• Monitor system health, including work processes, logs, short dumps, locks, traces, and disk space usage.
• Support SAP application upgrades, patches, and client copy activities.
