Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Raichur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company standards. Key responsibilities include managing and motivating the store team, optimizing sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing loss prevention measures, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role requires effectively handling customer interactions, overseeing staff development, and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in retail management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
