Job descriptionMust have 3+ years working in investment management operations specifically in Account Performance. Strong foundation in investment performance analysis / reporting, performance calculations, portfolio accounting concepts and reconciliation. Working knowledge of Composites and GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction of formulas (i.e., VLOOKUP, performance formulas). Detailed-oriented individual with strong time management and multi-tasking skills required. Working knowledge of fixed income securities and derivatives. Familiarity with StatPro Composite, Aladdin applications and Bloomberg preferred. Hybrid – 3 days in office (Midtown). Work from home requirement – efficient setup at home with computer, monitors, high speed internet. 3+ years of Account Performance experience in the Investment Management operations space. Strong working knowledge of Investment Performance analysis / reporting, performance calculations. Portfolio accounting concepts and reconciliations. Proficiency in MS excel and formulae Working knowledge of Fixed Income securities and derivatives Detailed-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking skills Working knowledge of Composites and GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards). Familiarity with STATPRO Composite, Aladdin, Bloomberg
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot performance and accounting discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for monthly review of GIPS Composite dispersion, composite constituency, and performance release.
- Help maintain GIPS composites : new composite setup, retrieve data, answer questions, review disclosures and help with firm's GIPS verification.
- Research and answer ad-hoc questions on account performance discrepancies.
- Collaborate with different teams (Account Onboarding, Portfolio Managers, Client Services, RFP / Marketing, Legal & Compliance and more) on setting up benchmarks, new account performance setup, etc.
