Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Agentic Solution Architect with a strong consulting background and proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This is a customer-facing role that requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead customer engagements as a trusted Salesforce advisor, shaping solution strategy and roadmap.
  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce Agentic solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce-enabled outcomes.
  • Conduct solution workshops, demos, and technical deep dives with clients.
  • Guide technical teams through design, implementation, and delivery best practices.
  • Contribute to pre-sales, RFP responses, and proposal development with innovative Salesforce architectures.
  • Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements, including AI / Agentic capabilities, industry-specific solutions, and integration frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 13–17 years of experience in Salesforce consulting / solution architecture.
  • Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Industry Clouds).
  • Proven track record of customer-facing consulting roles with large enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in Salesforce AI / Agentic features, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certifications : Application / Technical Architect (CTA preferred).
