Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in pre-operative planning and surgical execution of robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures, including hip and knee arthroplasty.
- Gain hands-on exposure to robotic surgery platforms and learn advanced techniques under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Participate in patient evaluation, surgical preparation, intraoperative assistance, and post-operative care.
- Support data collection, case documentation, and post-operative follow-up for quality assurance and academic purposes.
- Work closely with the surgical team to ensure optimal robotic workflow and precision in surgical procedures.
- Attend and contribute to academic sessions, research discussions, CMEs, and journal clubs.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, surgical hygiene, and compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination, especially for complex joint cases requiring robotic intervention.
Desired Candidate Profile
MS / DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized institution.1 to 3 years of post-graduate orthopaedic experience, preferably with exposure to arthroplasty or interest in robotic surgery.Keen interest in robotic-assisted surgical technology and minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures.Strong academic orientation, teamwork, and willingness to learn advanced surgical techniques.Good communication and patient interaction skills.Skills Required
