Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow SAM Developer / Consultant, you will lead the design, customization, and implementation of Software Asset Management solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient SAM implementations, ensuring compliance, optimization, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design and development of ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Configure and customize SAM, ITAM, and HAM modules to align with client requirements.
• Integrate SAM with enterprise systems (SCCM, software spend tools, procurement systems, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAM module issues.
• Conduct technical design reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Deliver scalable solutions, technical documentation, and reusable components / IP.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
