Facility Executive (Mall Operations) - Noida

Responsibilities

• Manage mall operations from a technical perspective.
• Ensure building assets are well-maintained and PPM is done on time.
• Handle breakdowns and escalate issues for smooth mall operations.
• Verify tenants' utility readings for accurate monthly billing.
• Ensure timely servicing of all equipment and maintaining service records.
• Oversee daily operations of HT, LT, DG, HVAC, WTP and other technical systems.
