Key Responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing delivery across retail and cross-functional modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams, driving client engagement, handling escalations, and ensuring service excellence. Tasks are managed using JIRA project management methodologies.

Required Skills include 6–12 years of experience in account management, strong exposure to retail and cross-functional modules, hands-on experience with JIRA project management, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
