Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager who can translate business goals into scalable, reliable, and secure product architectures. The role requires someone who can balance business context with deep technical insight—driving roadmaps, managing backlogs, defining architectures, and supporting customer onboarding for mission-critical communication systems.

This role will work closely with the Managing Director and CTO, ensuring that product vision, engineering execution, and customer delivery are aligned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Roadmap

• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Manage product backlogs and release plans across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Translate business goals into technical deliverables, milestones, and sprint outcomes.
